Summer 2018 has been the biggest season yet for Kaluki, Manchester’s leading underground techno powerhouse. As well as curating stages at Parklife, BPM, Forbidden Forest, Hideout and Creamfields, they’ve hosted a run of the island’s most talked-about nights at Privilege’s Vista Club featuring names like Richy Ahmed, wAFF, PAWSA, Denis Cruz and Skream. In true Kaluki style, they will be closing the season with the biggest event yet and an exclusive six hour set from one of the most talked about DJs right now, Patrick Topping.
With hour-long sets becoming the norm at events packed with headliners, Kaluki have stripped the night back and will be giving Patrick the chance to delve deep into his record collection during his only six-hour marathon set at Vista Club. If you saw him at Kaluki’s ‘Patrick Topping All Night Long’ sell-out show in Manchester earlier this year, you’ll know that this is one not to be missed.
Joining him on the night will be Kaluki residents Pete Zorba and Calvin Clarke, alongside Kaluki label boss, Pirate Copy to ensure the party is running at full speed from the off. Having spent the summer cementing themselves as a crew to keep an eye on in Ibiza, the closing party looks set to be one of the stand out events for the island’s busiest weeks.
